Booking your first character party can feel like a big decision. Here's exactly what happens when you book with Magic Mack Productions, so there are zero surprises — only magic.

Step 1: Choose Your Character

Browse our character roster and select the perfect fit. Popular choices include Elsa, Spider-Man, Bluey, Mickey Mouse, and more. Not sure? We'll help you choose based on your child's interests and age.

Step 2: Book Your Date

Book online or request a quote. We'll confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation with all the details — arrival time, what to expect, and how to prepare.

Step 3: Day-Of Arrival

Our performer arrives 10–15 minutes early to prepare. They'll check in with you discreetly, confirm the birthday child's name and age, and discuss any special requests. The character makes their grand entrance at your chosen time.

Step 4: The Show

During the 30–60 minute visit, the character leads interactive activities customized for your event. This includes storytelling, singing, games, dancing, and individual photo time with every child. The birthday child receives special attention with a crowning ceremony or certificate.
